I balance design and video production daily—filming podcasts, animating graphics, editing webinars, and producing various marketing materials.

ABM Advertising

AI-Inspired Q&A Ad Campaign

Objective

This ABM campaign was built around a ChatGPT-inspired dark-mode interface, designed to catch attention through familiarity and curiosity. Each ad begins with a typed question and reveals Listrak as the answer to core digital marketing challenges. The series spotlights Listrak’s strengths across automation, personalization, cross-channel orchestration, and data connectivity while tapping into current AI design trends to stand out in competitive paid placements.

Process

I built a custom ChatGPT-inspired UI in Illustrator and brought it into After Effects, where I animated realistic typing, chat bubble builds, and the enter-button interaction. The final motion mirrors the conversational feel of AI tools while delivering Listrak’s key value messages.

Person-First Ad Campaign

Objective

This creative series focuses on Listrak’s person-first approach to marketing, highlighting how brands can understand individuals rather than just behaviors. Each video centers on a single customer and visualizes how Listrak identifies, recognizes, and engages them across channels. Using cluster shapes from Listrak’s branding, the videos animate personal data points, names, interests, and product recommendations to demonstrate the power of cross-channel, hyper-personalized experiences.

Process

I designed visuals centered around a single customer, using Listrak’s signature “clusters” as framing elements. These shapes became containers for identity, preferences, product recommendations, and cross-channel touchpoints. I built each layout and asset in Illustrator and then imported this into After Effects for animation. I produced six total variations, each focusing on a different angle of person-first marketing—identity, relevance, personalization, product recommendations, messaging, and cross-channel experience.

TikTok Targeting:
The Power of Listrak Audiences

Objective

This webinar kicked off Listrak’s TikTok Education Series, focusing on how retailers can leverage Listrak’s new TikTok integration to build smarter, high-intent audience segments. The session breaks down TikTok’s rapid growth as a performance channel, the limitations of native TikTok targeting, and how Listrak helps marketers sync dynamic, data-rich audiences directly into TikTok Ads Manager to improve ROAS and conversions.

Process

I began with the original PowerPoint outline and full marketing script. I rebuilt every slide in Illustrator with Listrak branding, colors, and motion-ready elements. Using AI voiceover tools, I refined the narration pacing and clarity.

With the visuals and audio ready, I built the initial sequence and pacing inside Premiere Pro. Once timing was locked, I used a dynamic link to After Effects to add animated elements such as slide builds, call-outs, highlight movements, and transitions. The final polished webinar was exported from Premiere to Media Encoder as an H.264 for cross-channel use.

Personalize Every Website Entry:
Listrak Experience Builder + TikTok

Objective

This webinar explores how marketers can combine Listrak’s Experience Builder with TikTok UTM parameters to create highly personalized, conversion-focused website experiences. The session demonstrates how UTMs from TikTok creators and campaigns can trigger targeted pop-ups, offers, and on-site messages. By pairing TikTok’s traffic with real-time personalization, retailers can deliver more relevant journeys, improve engagement, and drive higher conversions.

Process

I rebuilt the full webinar deck in Illustrator using Experience Builder and TikTok-aligned branding. After refining the script for AI narration, I used ElevenLabs to generate a high-quality voiceover and adjusted timing as needed.

Next, I assembled the structure in Premiere Pro, establishing pacing and transitions. With the timing locked, I moved into After Effects via Dynamic Link to animate text, UTM examples, pop-up builds, TikTok-themed transitions, and tutorial-style steps.
Once all motion elements were finalized, I exported the full webinar from Premiere to Media Encoder as H.264 for distribution.

I designed a wide range of physical and digital touchpoints to ensure the Listrak brand translated clearly and consistently across the event experience—from pre-event promotion through post-event engagement.

Listrak's Innovation Unleased Podcast

Objective

Innovation Unleashed is Listrak’s in-house podcast series featuring industry experts, marketing strategists, product leaders, and retail partners. The show explores everything from channel performance and benchmarks to emerging marketing trends and real-world client success stories. The podcast serves both current and prospective clients, offering educational, thought-leadership content to support Listrak’s brand authority.

My Role

In this role, I oversee the full production of Listrak’s Innovation Unleashed podcast. I manage a three-camera studio setup, live-switch the recording using OBS Studio, and adapt the studio layout and set design for themed episodes. I capture clean audio and video, edit the full episodes in Premiere Pro, create branded intros/outros and graphics, design thumbnails, and prepare final assets and clipped segments for web and social distribution.

Process

Each episode is filmed in our in-house studio using a three-camera configuration. I use OBS Studio to manage live multi-camera switching, capturing dynamic angles in real time for an efficient post-production workflow. After filming, I bring the full recording into Premiere Pro, where I refine pacing, adjust audio and color, and integrate branded elements such as lower thirds, titles, intros, outros, and visual overlays. Once the long-form episode is complete, I edit short, subtitled clips for social media and prepare final files for upload to YouTube, Vimeo,  and Listrak’s website.

Listrak Social Design

Objective

Social media plays a key role in how Listrak shows up day to day. I design a mix of static and motion-driven social content used to support product releases, campaigns, announcements, and brand storytelling across platforms.

Process

I work closely with Listrak’s Director of Marketing to shape messaging and creative direction for social posts, translating concepts and copy into static, video, or GIF designs. Each piece begins in Adobe Illustrator, where I establish layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, then moves into motion using After Effects when needed. This approach keeps the content visually consistent while adapting easily across formats and campaign goals.
